Shipping

If an item is in stock it can usually be shipped out in 1 to 2 business days.
If the item you have ordered is not in stock you will be contacted at once and offered a refund or the opportunity to wait until the item is available again.
But generally all the items on our website are in stock. When we sell out of an item or size we take it off the site.
Shrine is not responsible for international customs or brokerage fees.
Any additional fees added to a shipment when crossing international borders is set by the customer’s individual country and we have no control over it.

 

Payment

We accept payment via paypal… and we accept all major credit cards.
We also encourage phone orders in case there are questions about sizing etc…
Checks and money orders are also accepted. Be sure to include name, complete return address and phone number.

Returns

Please order carefully!
Returns on clothing items are allowed for exchange only within 7 days of receipt. There are no refunds.
Think each purchase through before ordering and check the size chart carefully.
Our staff is available from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm weekdays at 213-622-9656 to answer sizing questions and to relay specific measurements for different clothing styles.
There are no exchanges on previously exchanged clothing items.

There are no returns or exchanges on clothing items that have been worn.

There are no returns or exchanges on jewelry items.

We want you to be happy with your purchase!
Our goal is to minimize risk and aggravation to all parties in the transaction.
Returns must be send back in the original box folded neatly with tags still attached.
Please call us first at 213-622-9656 for a Return Authorization Number (R.A. number).
Exchanges must be in perfect condition with no signs of wear, no make-up stains and no cigarette or body odors.
Items received and judged to not be in perfect condition will be shipped back to the purchaser and charged at the full amount plus return shipping.

When returning an item please write your R.A.# on the outside of the box and include a copy of your receipt inside the box.

Please ship back with insurance and tracking. We are not responsible for packages lost by shipping carriers on the way back to us.

Note: We only accept exchanges from the Shrine official online store. Items bought through other outlets must be exchanged at the place of purchase.
