A classic romantic style! A beautiful romantic dress made in lush black stretch velvet with a rich blue printed velvet inset in the front and at the bell cuffs. Grommets and lacing down the front can be tightened for a flattering form fit. The dress falls just above the knee in front and is long in the back. Comes in sizes small - 3X. A great fit for all sizes. Gorgeous!!
